Hey! I'm Coach Jen and my favorite ways to shine as a stretch and mobility trainer, is by utalizing a variety of techniques including myofascial stretching, PNF, and long slow static stretching. Using the ultra gentle counterstrain technique, I am  also able to address tender points in muscles. I love to teach active corrective exercises to reduce pain, improve posture, restore range of motion, and reestablish normal movement patterns. When not coaching, I'm enjoying making jewelry, walking my dog, and playing board games with my three sons.

Specialty: Stretch training, mobility training, strength training, and teaching proper movement patterns.

Experience: Seven years of clinical physical therapy practice and over two years of group fitness instruction.
